Please read the following terms and conditions. Your use of the GoMovers.com web site implies that you have read, understood, and agree to the terms and conditions listed here.

As referred to in this agreement, GoMovers.com includes the web site that uses the GoMovers.com domain name and Go Movers, LLC, the company responsible for providing the information and referral services offered by the web site. The term "You" is intended to represent the user or visitor of the GoMovers.com web site.

1. GoMovers.com makes every possible effort to ensure that the information provided on our web site is accurate and up-to-date. However, under no circumstances will GoMovers.com accept liability for injury or damages that result from or are claimed to have resulted from the use of this web site.

GoMovers.com is neither a mover, relocation service, common carrier, tranpsortation service nor an agent or broker for any of these services. GoMovers.com is not authorized to act as an agent for any of our web site visitors, its service providers, nor its advertisers, and is therefore not responsible for the actions, errors, or omissions of any company or individuals other than itself.
5. When you provide information to GoMovers.com, you do so voluntarily and you expressly grant us or our representatives permission to disclose any and all information you provide to us to those companies who choose to make their services available to our web site visitors. We must provide this information so that we may fulfill your requests. GoMovers.com makes no express or implied guarantees that you will successfully find a suitable mover or that you will receive a quote that is acceptable to you.
6. By submitting a request for a moving quote through GoMovers.com, you warrant that you are not a mover and that you do not represent any moving company.
7. You agree that the information you provide to GoMovers.com is complete and accurate to the best of your knowledge. You also agree not to submit a request for a moving quote or other service we may provide unless you intend to use such service within 90 days of the date of your request.
8. You agree that GoMovers.com has the right to contact you after your moving and/or relocation transaction has been completed so that we may request the name of your selected mover. We may also ask for any details that may be useful to us for the sole purpose of providing better service to our web site visitors.
9. Any mover or other service provider you choose is chosen at your own discretion and not with any influence or assistance from GoMovers.com. GoMovers.com does not accept any responsibility for the accuracy of any quote for services received from this web site. All quotes and estimates are strictly the responsibility of the service providers who prepare them and submit them to you. Any disputes and any claims against your selected mover, service provider or advertiser, can be resolved only by you and the mover, other service provider or advertiser you have selected.
10. GoMovers.com accepts no responsibility for the quality or timeliness of the performance of any mover or service provider to which you are referred, nor does GoMovers.com accept responsibility for the services or products provided by any advertiser with which you decide to transact business. You agree that GoMovers.com shall not be liable for any damages, costs, or injury whatsoever resulting from, or alleged to have resulted from, the performance or failure to perform of any mover, service provider, or advertiser contacted through GoMovers.com's web site or your dealings with any mover, service provider, or advertiser.
